This year, we had room for one more song in the show, but could have gone in any direction.  Rather than pick one, I decided to leave it up to you.

Merissa submitted “Christmas Wrapping” by the Waitresses.

Merissa made some compelling arguments for her idea.

“That guitar riff in the intro is just begging to be translated into a light display.”

“This is quite possibly the only decent holiday song to come out of the 80’s”

“Check out that album cover on Amazon. These guys really need a little lovin’!”

Powerful statements, made with strong conviction.  Merissa really likes this song.

Due to time constraints, we will use a modified version of the song in the show, but nonetheless — the lights will be rocking and rolling to some fine 80′s hair band interpretation of Christmas music.
