The 2011 show is nearly ready! Well, except for the decorations and lights and all that stuff.
The trickiest part — sequencing — is *nearly* complete. Sequencing requires a lot of preparation and thought, so I like to get it done early.
As I said, it’s nearly complete — I just have one song left to do. But, I can’t finish it right now because I don’t have the song!
I can add one more song to the show, but I need some ideas. So, I’m running a little contest to let you, the adoring public, add a song to the show this year.
A few requests have started to trickle in, and they are really good. But, you’ve got 2 weeks left (deadline is Halloween).
So get your requests in here! I’ve got a lot of things to do to get ready for the season, and I don’t want to be running around at the last minute sequencing a song for the show.

Jeff I thought of your Christmas lights when listening to the ice cream trucks cruise around the neighborhood this summer. They played “doe… a deer, a fe-male deer…” over and over again. There’s something wickedly funny about playing a bad synth version of this repeatedly.
*I* think something along these lines would be funny, but your neighbors would want to kill you by the end of week 1.
As an alternative, have you considered ‘Father Christmas’ by the Kinks?

Yes, my neighbors are bloody likely to already be annoyed with a lotta lights already. Not sure I need to push them even further into the abyss.
Ah, the Kinks. I will officially put this on the list.
